Regular maintenance is key to extending the life of your roof. Even the best-built roofs can deteriorate early without proper upkeep. A standard inspection includes the following:

• Inspecting and caulking pitch pans, metal work, and masonry walls
• Performing a visual inspection of seams for watertightness
• Assessing roof areas for damage from trades, vandalism, or weather
• Examining membranes around ventilators for grease contamination
• Identifying patterns of wear from foot traffic
• Applying protective coating where needed
