2024 was a great success for team B&B. From an expansion of our Rochester Hills HQ which included
a dedicated safety and training center for our employees, to the addition of a glass cleaning division,
our company continues to grow. Let’s take a look at what our 160+ employees accomplished this year:
Out of our Rochester Hills HQ:
Glass Department:
Over 10,000 pieces of glass cleaned by our new
glass cleaning division
• Installed over 200 custom showers
• Completed over 1,000 LF of glass guardrail system
• Installed over 10,000 sq. ft. of skylights and conservatories
• Installed over 500 residential windows
• Completed 4 school projects
• Completed over 20 contract jobs
Commercial Roofing Department:
• 11 different school expansion / remodeling projects
totaling 260,000 sq. ft.
• 4 custom remodel restaurant projects
• 6 high end residential home projects – mostly new
construction totaling over 50,000 sq. ft.
• Several commercial office buildings and retail
stores
• Numerous industrial & manufacturing facilities
Steep Roofing Department:
Installed over 220,000 sq. ft. of slate, cedar and asphalt shingle roof systems onhomes, hotels, schools and
churches.
• Installed over 1,300 sheets of copper & zinc and over 80,000 lineal feet of copper & zinc coils. Totaling over
120,000 pounds of natural copper & zinc material.
• Combined, the steep and sheet metal crews worked 41,485 hours to complete those installations.
Service Department:
3000 service calls
• 600 Scheduled Roof Top Maintenances (RTM)
• 250 gutter cleanings in the fall
• 1000 reported roof leak service calls
• We repaired and restored high end residential roofs with slate, cedar, asphalt shingle, metal, and copper.
• We also repaired and restored commercial roofs
with EPDM, TPO- PVC, Mod-Bit, BUR.
B&B North in Harbor Springs, MI:
550 custom residential windows installed
• 9,000 sq. ft. storefront and curtain wall installed
• 15 custom cedars roof systems installed
• 25 custom asphalt shingle roof systems installed
• 165 aluminum doors installed
• 70 exterior residential doors installed
• 12 miles of Dow silicone sealant and backer rod installed
• 225 service calls
• 1,200 sheets of custom colored sheet metal fabricated into flashings
At B&B South in Pompano Beach, FL
Roofing Projects:
• 6 shopping plazas totaling over 220,00 sq. ft.
• 2 commercial buildings 42,000 sq. ft.
• 3 condominium buildings 22,000 sq. ft.
