GLASS
- Over 10,000 pieces of glass cleaned by our new glass cleaning division
- Installed over 200 custom showers
- Completed over 1,000 LF of glass guardrail system
- Installed over 10,000 sq. ft. of skylights and conservatories
- Installed over 500 residential windows
- Completed 4 school projects
- Completed over 20 contract jobs
COMMERCIAL ROOFING
- Over 300,000 sq ft of fully adhered EPDM systems
- 12,000+ pieces of 4’x8’ polyisocyanurate insulation installed
- Over 55,000 sq ft in custom home projects
- Over 140,000 screws and plates installed
- Over 50,000 lineal feet of low rise foam beads for insulation installed
- Thousands of feet of coping and edge metal
- Several hours of hands-on and classroom training per employee

STEEP ROOFING & SHEET METAL
- Over 150,000 sq ft of slate, cedar, and asphalt roof systems installed on custom homes
- Installed over 1,400 sheets of zinc and copper, and over 75,000 lineal feet of coils
- 58,000 man hours
- Installed over 3x more zinc than copper; steel was more than double zinc and copper combined
B&B NORTH – HARBOR SPRINGS
- 150 roof ice dams busted
- 1,200 sq ft of aluminum storefront or curtainwall installed
- 3 new cedar roofs and 15 new asphalt roofs
- 2 flat roofs and 2 standing seam roofs
- 40,000 sq ft of metal siding installed
- 300 service calls
- 100 decks reconstructed
- 100 commercial and residential doors installed
SERVICE DEPARTMENT
- 3,000 service calls
- 600 scheduled rooftop maintenances
- 250 gutter cleanings in the fall
- 1,000 reported roof leak service calls
- Repaired and restored high-end residential roofs (slate, cedar, asphalt, metal, copper)
- Repaired and restored commercial roofs (EPDM, TPO, PVC, Mod-Bit, BUR)
B&B SOUTH – POMPANO BEACH, FL
- Performed RTMs involving power washing and coating on 20+ facilities totaling 16,000 sq ft
- Hundreds of service calls
- Installed clay tile roofs and completed repairs at Turnberry Isle Resort
- Installed silicone and urethane coating systems on several buildings in the greater Miami area
