Looks can be deceiving! This gorgeous custom barn is actually an adult playhouse that sits on the property of a Lake Charlevoix compound. This building was designed by Fresh Water Architects and features men’s and women’s shower and locker facilities, a Pilates studio, and gym with a massage room on the main floor. Upstairs you’ll find poker tables and a fully stocked bar. The materials were supplied by Oakland Metal and include PAC Clad 1.5 inch double locked, standing seam roofing and Barridge steel siding panels. B&B crews templated and fabricated the turret in our shop and transported to the site for installation.
